		<description>This sounds obvious, but I think the biggest thing is having your mortgage paid off before you retire. That way you won't need to dip very far into your retirement to live. Even if you just get a part time job, you can pay for your every day expenses. Then you can wait until the market to bounce back (and it always does ) in order to start living the good life. I know so many people who retire before their mortgages are paid off and I just think that's crazy!</description>

		<description>Can I put an existing business into a solo401K? Let's say the business has no value today but I've been operating it for 1.5 years and it's ready to take off. Is that ok? I'm 61 so would like to transfer it in. I've been investing in real estate for years with my self directed ira but understand the solo401k can own a business, so I need to know if it can own a business I already own.</description>
